This course aims to provide a foundational understanding of the practical skills and knowledge required to leverage Generative AI (GAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) and therefore empowering attendees to identify relevant business objectives where GAI and LLMs can aid their work. Additionally, participants will be guided through the hype to also understand GAI and LLMs limitations. By working through a series of real-world use cases participants will learn best practices as it relates to integrating these technologies into their own workflows.

Upon completion, participants will have a firm understanding of GAI and LLM syntax as it pertains to crafting their own queries / prompts, as well as experience leveraging GAI and LLMs to increase productivity and generate actionable insights.
