The world is changing faster than ever. The fourth industrial revolution has seen an exponential growth in data and analytics. Keeping pace in an everchanging landscape is quickly becoming the defining characteristic of both successful companies and people. It is with this in mind that Afterskills was founded in 2017 to fill the growing demand from both employers and individuals to upskill both their technical and critical thinking skillsets. Founded by a University of Cambridge PhD, ex-BCGer and ex-Amazonian with a passion for sharing knowledge, at Afterskills, we take learning seriously – both internally and externally – as knowledge is one of the most valuable assets any business or person can possess.
Our vision is to be the premier partner for businesses and individuals looking to capitalise on the large asymmetry in supply and demand for technically literate individuals with a business acumen. We understand the most important asset any business has is its people, and companies that invest in their people will always have an advantage over their competitors.
